This is going to be my first post for this blog, so I'm really excited! Well I have to explain that I'm on my 29 weeks of pregnancy of a baby boy Enzo and working so hard on the baby's room with a help of my hubby. As my hubby likes a lot about technologies my inspirations came into my mind with "Robots" theme for Enzo's room. I have to admit that I don't like nursery's room to look alike baby's room with same boring pastel colors and patterns. So I started making robot dolls mobile out of felt to hang on the ceiling. But at first I had to design the robot using corel draw have a nice idea of how it comes out.
So here are the little robots. I had to make 6 of them to have a good balance to hang up. I cut each piece of the body and made a pattern, then marked onto the felt with a pen and cut. Then I used glue for felt to stick some details to the face. After that I stitched the edges with blanket stitch and stuffed with polyfill. It took a lot of work in here but i finished!!!
And here is the robot mobile done after a lot of work. I hope Enzo likes it! The next step will be the room...lot of work and my belly is just growing so fast.
